Our modules are prefabricated in our Belgian workshop, giving us full control over quality and timelines with none of the unpredictability of a traditional building site. Once ready, they are installed within a few days on lightweight, removable foundations with minimal impact on the ground. We adapt the dimensions of each Woodcab to your site constraints and specific needs: custom configurations (pitched roofs, openings, pergolas, built-in furniture), seamless integration with existing structures and the natural topography. The vapour barrier creates an airtight layer to prevent moisture migration into the insulation. The service cavity allows electrical cables and water pipes to run without penetrating the airtight layer. It remains easily accessible thanks to the removable interior finishing panels.
